I'm Valeria, founder of Coaching Stream. I work with people who want to lead without losing themselves. Hello, I’m Valeria.

I’m a Leadership and Career Coach with 10+ years of front-line experience in financial services, including investment banking, private equity, and regulation. From growing up in Italy to building my career across four countries and now calling London home, I bring a genuinely global perspective to the challenges leaders face – from stepping into leadership for the first time to leading teams spread across countries, cultures, and business functions. I work with clients in both English and Italian.

​I work with people who want to lead without losing themselves – coaching them as they make the move from expert to leader, and partnering with organisations to prepare their next generation of executives. Having made this move myself, from specialist roles into leading cross-functional teams, I know what makes stepping into leadership hard, and what it takes to do it well.

As an accredited EMCC coach and Strengthscope® practitioner, I combine self-awareness with practical skill-building – so what gets learned actually sticks. Organisations protect their investment in the people they're betting on. Leaders grow into the role with confidence and judgement, and stay grounded in who they are.

Ultimately, my purpose is simple: to help rising leaders thrive from day one, while supporting organisations in building a future-ready executive bench.
