Hello, I’m Valeria.
I’m a Leadership Coach with over a decade of front-line experience in financial services across banking, private equity, and regulation. From growing up in Italy to building my career across four countries and now calling London home, I bring a genuinely global perspective to the challenges leaders face – from stepping into leadership for the first time to leading teams spread across countries, cultures, and business functions. I work with clients in both English and Italian.
Before becoming a coach, I moved from specialist roles into leading cross-functional teams. That experience gives me a practical understanding of the pressures leaders face: balancing competing priorities, influencing without formal authority, working across cultures and functions, and making decisions when there is no obvious answer.
I am an EMCC-accredited coach, Strengthscope® Practitioner and and Certified Group and Team Coach. My approach combines reflective practice and self-awareness with practical skill-building, helping clients examine how they think, respond and lead, then develop the specific behaviours their role requires – whether that means influencing stakeholders, delegating effectively, navigating difficult conversations or leading across differences.
