Hello, I’m Valeria.

I’m a Leadership Coach with 10+ years of front-line experience in financial services, including investment banking, private equity, and regulation. I’ve lived and worked across four countries, giving me a global perspective and insight into the challenges leaders face – from stepping into leadership for the first time to leading diverse, cross-functional teams.

I help high-performing professionals move from expert to leader, and I partner with organisations to prepare their next generation of executives. Having navigated this transition myself, I know what it takes to step into bigger roles with confidence and judgement – and how organisations can best support their rising talent.

As an accredited EMCC coach and Strengthscope® practitioner, I combine practical tools with real-world experience to help leaders build the capabilities that matter most: leading people effectively, influencing across the organisation, and creating high-performing teams.
