Hello, I’m Valeria.
I’m a Leadership Coach with 10+ years of front-line experience in financial services, including investment banking, private equity, and regulation. From growing up in Italy to building my career across four countries and now calling London home, I bring a genuinely global perspective to the challenges leaders face – from stepping into leadership for the first time to leading teams spread across countries, cultures, and business functions. I work with clients in both English and Italian.
