I am a Career and Leadership Transition Coach with 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in helping high-achieving professionals master the critical shift from technical expert to exceptional leader.
My unique background spans investment banking, private equity, and currently financial regulation as a Manager at the Financial Conduct Authority – giving me deep insight into the challenges that today's leaders face across different organisational contexts.
As an accredited EMCC coach and Strengthscope® practitioner, I combine real-world leadership experience with proven coaching tools and techniques. Having navigated these transitions myself, from individual contributor and technical expert to manager of diverse, cross-functional teams, I understand exactly what it takes to succeed at each stage.
